Emeka Egwuonye the self acclaimed lawyer of missing lady Charity aka Chacha has been arrested by Criminal investigation department (CID) .


It is assumed that he was arrested over the many accusations he has heaped on Charity's husband David.

Accusations he hasn't been able to back with facts or evidence
Emeka Egwuonye has been very vocal about who he feels kills Charity and his fingers clearly point to her husband.

Barrister Emeka is a US based lawyer who runs the group DPA( The Due Process Advocates) a group formed by him and some group of lawyers with the mission of helping people pro bono especially on domestic violence issues.
