Vigilantes catch kidnapper attempting to kidnap 2 school children in Otukpo

According citizen reporter Apeh Inalegwu, a kidnapper was today caught while allegedly trying to abduct two school children in Otukpo, Benue state.

According to reports, he escaped the custody of the local vigilante, but he was vigorously pursued and recaptured and thereafter given a thorough beaten.
