The CEO of popular Nigerian online news platform, Sahara Reporters, Sowore Omoyele, had over the past weekend, took to his social media and raised an alarm after the operatives of Department of State Security (DSS) reportedly stormed his family house in Ondo state on Saturday, November 26th, and arrested his brother, Akinwunmi Omoyele for allegedly fomenting trouble during the state governorship election. 
 
"DSS Agents Invaded My Family Home In Ese-Odo LGA In Ondo In Search Of One Of My Brothers During The Guber Election, They Claimed He Was "Troublesome".

"My Brother, Akinwunmi Sowore, Is An Alliance For Democracy Adjutant In Ese-Odo. He Was Eventually Trailed, Arrested, Detained /Kept Incommunicado By The invading DSS Agents. 

"My Family Members Managed To Take These Photos During The Invasion Of Our Home. This Is A Despicable Act Of Cowardice/Desperation By The Ruling APC Party". His brother has since been released," Sowere wrote on his Facebook wall.
