Head the house union

Don’t think your landlord will take it coolly if you throw a lavish party while your rent is in the red. If your landlord has been a very understanding person before; you have just lost the grace. It doesn’t matter if someone sponsored the party or it’s a joint effort between you and someone else. What is clear is that you’ll soon be looking for another apartment.

Fornicate with members of your landlord’s family

Everyone knows fornication is bad but you might have committed perhaps the greatest offense if you do it with a member of your landlord’s family. It doesn’t matter whether it was consensual or not. If your landlord finds out that his daughter is your playmate, you’re likely going to be kicked out very quickly.

If you live in an area in Lagos where the landlord association is strong, be certain you won’t get any apartment in that neighbourhood as your case would have been tabled before them.
