Former Minister of State for Defence, Musiliu Obanikoro has graduated from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, USA with a post graduate qualification in History. Obanikoro was surrounded by family and friends has he flaunted his certificate.


It will be recalled that the former minister has been out of the country shortly after his party, PDP lost power in Nigeria.
