Lagos State Government set to begin I'M ALIVE verification exercise for pensioners in the Unified Local Government Service

The Lagos State Government set to flag off Biometric Verification Exercise known as I’M ALIVE for pensioners in the Unified Local Government Service of  Lagos from Wednesday 19th October to Friday 28th October by 9am- 3pm daily, according to media reports.

Diplomatic Porch reports that 10 centres have been set up at designated Local Government Secretariats in the State for pensioners to participate in the forthcoming exercise.

The centres include Alimosho, Ajeromi, Badagry, Epe, Kosofe, Agege, Lagos Island, Oshodi, Ikorodu, and Surulere LGAs.

Retires are to come along and present Letter of Retirement, Bank Verification Number, LASRRA identity Card/Pension ID Card and Two passport photograph.

For the Valid: Letter of Authorizing Proxy,  Medical Report/Certificate issued by recognised government hospital.

For Retires in Diaspora: Letter authorizing proxy, Notarize Letter of alive claim, Retires picture holding current I'm Alive Newspaper advert. Scan All these to verification@gmail.com.

However, Pensioners are advised to report at the centre nearest to them.
