Report authoritatively reaching here from Makurdi, Benue State has it that the Court of Appeal has sacked former Senate President, David Mark.

Mark and the All Progressives Congress senatorial candidate in Benue, Daniel Onjeh have being at loggerheads head of the the victory of the former in the last election.

Onjeh claimed Mark rigged his way in for the fifth term, hence his decision to approach the tribunal.


A close aide to Onjeh in a text message to our reporter said, “Mark removed. Our appeal uphead. Thanks for keeping faith.”
