Donald Trump has released a bizarre medical report in which his long-time doctor describes him as having "extraordinary" physical strength and stamina.

The note, which Trump says was written by his life-long physician, Jacob Bornstein, even declares that Trump, if elected, would be the healthiest president ever.

If elected, Trump, 69, would also be the oldest president ever to be elected.

It goes on to declare Trump has never used alcohol or tobacco product, and has "astonishingly excellent" blood pressure. Read it after the cut.
