Bride and mother-in-law beat up groom shortly after wedding ceremony (photos)

This newlywed couple didn't get off to the best start to married life as they had a huge row in the street, just moments after tying the knot.

And to make matters worse, the groom's new mother-in-law joined in the fight too.

The footage was captured on the dashcam of a vehicle behind the wedding car in the city of Vitebsk, Belarus.

The clip shows the 4x4 car pulling up at a bus stop as the bride and groom jump out.

All of a sudden, the bride starts beating the groom with her bouquet of flowers.

She is then joined by another woman - apparently her mother - who can be seen using her handbag to beat her new son-in-law.

After enduring the beating, the groom got back in the car as quickly as possible and left the scene.

The two women remained at the bus stop.

The reason for the attack is unknown.
