The make-up guru who returned to Nigeria from the United States a few years ago to ply her trade recently worked on Cherie Blair who is a respected barrister and the wife of former British PM Tony Blair.
Joyce explains:
“She wanted very subtle and natural makeup for her conference in Lagos. Very little colour was run through her brows, soft shadows on her eyes, paired with a neutral-pink lip colour! She totally loved her makeup’’
Cherie would later share her appreciation with a hand written thank you note which she handed a shocked Joyce Jacobs.
