The 8th Bola Tinubu Colloquium was held at the International Conference Center in Abuja, and among the invited dignitaries were the Vice President of Nigeria, Prof Yemi Osibanjo and his wife Mrs Dolapo Osibanjo.


In accordance to Yoruba culture, Mrs Dolapo Osibanjo knelt to greet President Buhari and the man celebrating, Bola Tinubu, and the cameras captured it.

For many, it is thrilling to see the very educated and highly placed woman upholding her Yoruba heritage. “#Respect Yoruba culture,” the photos were tagged, driving the point home.
