Omowunmi Akinnifesi says her engagement was a prank

The winner of the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria 2005, Omowunmi Akinnifesi, took to her Instagram to announce she had pulled a stunt with her ‘engagement’

The beauty queen and fashion entrepreneur, had posted a picture, announcing she had gotten engaged, on April fool’s day.

While many decided it was real and gave her their best wishes, the news also went viral, as she had not been recently seen with any ‘handsome bobo‘.

                  
Omowunmi has since said the ‘engagement’ was a prank, and she was trying to join in on the April fool’s day fun too.
