Governor Akinwunmi Ambode celebrated his first year in office as the governor of Lagos state on Sunday, May 29.


The thanksgiving service held at the chapel of Christ the Light in the Alausa area of the state.

Dignitaries at the commemoration service were the wife of the governor, Bolanle Ambode, Christiana Ambode the mother of the governor, his brother, Mr. Akinpelu Ambode, the chief judge of Lagos state, Justice Olufunmilayo Atilade, the former deputy governor of Lagos, Otunba Femi Pedro, the chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Lagos, Otunba Henry Ajomale and his Wife, Adetoun.
