4-month old baby boy whose penis was cut off by evil stepmum pictured for the first time with his mother

The innocent baby had his penis cut off by his father's first wife who was angry that her husband got married to a second wife after a 7 year childless marriage.

The surgeons have reportedly said it will take a miracle for the young baby to ever use his penis again because the tissues surrounding the organ were all dead by the time they began operating on the child.
