This twitter user has shared ATM surveillance CCTV screenshots of a thief who is part of a 'one chance' robbery gang who robbed his wife, stole her atm card and withdrew everything in the account

And judging from the response of another Nigerian, it seems this fellow is veteran in criminal activities.
