Yesterday at Mile 4, Wimpy by Chinda street, these 4 boys pictured below were caught and tied up after they allegedly snatched a guy's wallet because of 100 dollars.
A vigilante team in the area that the victim ran to for help, caught the alleged thieves at the Presidential hotel area were they had just changed the dollar to naira.
