A young cancer victim told she had three years to live after being diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumour has the day before her dream wedding.

Successful blogger Anna Swabey, 24, met the man of her dreams on dating app Tinder last year and was planning to get wed tomorrow. But Anna's condition took a drastic turn for the worse and her family announced today on Facebook that she had died.

Posting to the social network, the heartbroken family said: "Anna passed away peacefully in the early hours of this morning.

"I cannot put into words the heartbreak we all feel, but amongst our sadness, we are so proud of her courage, her spirit and the determination she showed throughout her illness.

"If ever there was a person to show us how to live, it's Anna Louise Swabey, our beautiful, brave girl.
The couple had originally planned to tie the knot on September 17 in the Yorkshire Dales until tragic Anna's condition worsened.

Anna was first diagnosed with a very rare Grade Three brain tumour, known as anaplastic astrocytoma, in January 2015.

Since then, she has campaigned tirelessly to raise awareness and money for brain tumour charities. Her heartbroken fiancé Andy Bell revealed earlier this year how he met Anna online and instantly fell head over heels in love with her.

The devoted 26-year-old proposed to Anna despite knowing he would become a widower before he turned 30.

He said at the time that all he wanted to do was be able "to introduce her as 'my wife'".

"I can't wait for that moment," he revealed.

But Andy's dream has been prematurely dashed, as his courageous fiancée died peacefully at home today..
