Augustine Azuka "Jay-Jay" Okocha is a former Nigerian professional footballer who is regarded as one of the most skilled player to have ever graced the pitch.
Okocha played as an attacking midfielder and was instrumental to Nigeria's historic Atlanta '96 Olympic victory.
Recently, the football genuis shared a photo of his late mother on social media.
According to him, she died 33 years ago.
He wrote: "Lost her 33years ego today 27/09/1983#mom#may your soul continue to rest in peace Amen!!"
Social media users have since commented on the photo with many empathizing with him for not having his mother around to witness his glorious days.
