The reality star, 35, gets unsightly red patches on her skin during flare ups and in particular on her right leg, that 'is the most visible.'

'I don't even really try to cover it that much anymore,' she wrote on her app KimKardashianWest.com Wednesday. 'Sometimes I just feel like it's my big flaw and everyone knows about it, so why cover it?'

Kim was diagnosed with the condition in 2010 and inherited it from her mother Kris Jenner who also suffers from it.

There is no cure but, the mom of two tells her fans, she manages it through diet and by getting cortisone shots.
She also applies a cortisone cream every night before she goes to bed.
