According to a tweet by Assistant Commissioner of  police, the two naked men spotted walking in Abuja over the weekend, attacked a man and got arrested are siblings who used drugs and have been taken to the rehab

Well, most people are saying, it's a lie that the story has been changed. Well, this is what the Nigerian Police said.
