Jee Dey,CEO of shutdown records officially signs in their artist, Prince Micheal Asinobi Popularly known as PIPER at their press release party on Saturday, 21st of january. The event was held at Elysium night club,Rita lori Hotels, Surulere, lagos.
Present at the event were media houses like AIT, Hip TV, TVC, LTV, Hype101Tv, Nigezie, Linda ikeji and so on to mention few. The event started with the red carpet where the CEO of shut Down Records and Prince the Piper were both interviewed.

The CEO when asked during the interview session what he saw in Piper that made him want to invest in his career, replied by saying he met Piper on the street but saw in him so much talent and  believe that in the nearest  future, the whole world would see this too. The event pregresses by the two parties signing the contract and Piper himself performing to the delight of all those present.
The most important part of the event was when the CEO stated that he had a gift for the artist waiting outside and everybody was asked to move outside to see the the gift. To the surprise of everybody, parked outside was an Infinity car and Toyota Camry.

The surprise didn’t end there, the CEO also said that he had prepared a token to give him the amount of which he was not ready to disclose.

Prince the Piper’s mum who was there to celebrate with her son disclosed to one of hype 101Tv officials that he had suffered in the past and that if his father were to be alive, he wouldn’t be allowed to venture into music but would  be somewhere in America now studying.
Afterwards Piper Thrilled his fans with an awesome performance.
