A teenager whose hand was cut off in Sapele, Delta State for stealing , stole again last week.The teenage thief who lost his hand after he slipped it through an open window of a house, tosteal a2.jpgphone lying there; but was cut off by the owner with a cutlass, was beaten mercilessly for stealing again.

Seems he hasn't learnt his lesson.
