This is quite sad and hilarious. Pulse TV has uploaded a video of an alleged APC Member harassing INEC officials to refund him his money after he lost out in the re-run election in Rivers State. He had allegedly given the officials a bribe of N12m to make sure the election results favour him.
According to eyewitness who recorded the video, the politician was very mad that after he had given the INEC officials so much money, they could not turn the election in his favour and in anger, he went to their office with some of his supporters to try and force the officials to give him his money back.
The INEC official who would have none of his allegation succeeded in pushing him and his men out of his office.
